**Portfolio Manager – Crypto Trading & Financial Markets** **Company:** Dream Come True Information Technology **Location:** UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time | On-Site Job Overview Dream Come True Information Technology is looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Portfolio Manager** with strong expertise in **Crypto Trading, Financial Markets, Portfolio Management, and Risk Management**. The ideal candidate must have **strong practical knowledge and full command of crypto trading**, along with proven experience managing long-term investment portfolios and executing short-term trading strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for providing practical trading education and training to users. **Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management** - Design and manage diversified long-term investment portfolios. - Manage portfolios across Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, and Crypto where applicable. - Develop asset allocation strategies based on risk profiles and investment objectives. - Monitor portfolio performance and market conditions. - Rebalance portfolios when required. - Focus on capital preservation and consistent, risk-adjusted returns. **Crypto Trading** - Demonstrate strong practical knowledge and **full command of cryptocurrency trading**. - Analyze crypto markets, market structure, price action, and trends. - Develop and execute disciplined crypto trading strategies. - Manage positions, leverage, exposure, and trading risk. - Conduct technical and fundamental market analysis. - Review trading performance and identify opportunities for improvement. **Risk Management** - Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks. - Apply position sizing, exposure limits, and appropriate risk controls. - Monitor portfolio and trading risk across asset classes. - Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing. - Maintain disciplined and rules-based decision-making. **Day Trading Training** - Conduct practical day trading training sessions. - Explain market structure, technical analysis, trade execution, and risk management. - Conduct live trading sessions and explain trading decisions. - Help users understand trading discipline and avoid common mistakes such as overtrading and excessive leverage. - Conduct trade reviews and performance analysis. **Content & Education** - Develop structured educational materials. - Conduct webinars, workshops, and training sessions. - Simplify complex financial and trading concepts for learners. - Prepare practical learning resources from basic to intermediate levels. **Required Qualifications** - **4–8+ years of professional experience in financial markets.** - Proven experience in **Portfolio Management and Crypto Trading**. - Strong experience in day trading and/or swing trading. - Strong understanding of: - Cryptocurrency markets - Technical analysis - Fundamental analysis - Portfolio management - Risk management - Trade execution - Position sizing - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a clear and simple manner. - **Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.** **Preferred Qualifications** - CFA or similar professional qualification. - FRM certification. - Experience with wealth management firms, asset management companies, investment banks, professional trading firms, or crypto/blockchain companies. **Candidate Requirements** - Candidates must be **currently available in the UAE**. - **Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.** - **Open to all nationalities.** - English is mandatory. - Knowledge of **Romanian, Russian, Spanish, or French** will be considered an advantage. - Strong professional discipline, emotional control, and risk-first mindset. **Benefits** - Residence Visa provided. - Medical Insurance provided. - Paid time off, including vacation days and holidays. - Professional development and training opportunities. - Friendly and supportive working environment. - Other benefits and entitlements **as per UAE Labour Law**. **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** **Dream Come True Group of Companies** is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
