Product & Growth Manager – Crypto

**Pay:** 4,000.00 (AED) - 5,000.00 (AED) per month **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Product Manager – Crypto Growth & Exchange Operations** to lead both product development and growth initiatives for our cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of exchange infrastructure with proven expertise in crypto marketing, user acquisition, and product strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive user acquisition through data-driven digital marketing and social media campaigns. - Manage exchange operations, including token listing processes, liquidity coordination, and platform stability. - Define and execute the product roadmap for trading features, APIs, and exchange enhancements. - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product launches. - Translate complex technical features into compelling marketing campaigns. - Engage with the crypto community and support institutional and retail business growth. - Monitor market trends and recommend new features to improve trading experience. **Requirements** - Minimum **3 years of Product Management experience** in a cryptocurrency exchange or DeFi platform. - Strong understanding of exchange infrastructure, including: - Order books - Matching engines - Liquidity management - API integrations - Proven experience in crypto marketing, growth strategies, and community engagement. - Strong analytical and project management skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Skills** - Experience launching new tokens or exchange products. - Knowledge of trading systems and blockchain technologies. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products on schedule Work Location: In person Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
