**Your mission as “PLA for Crypto Management solution**
**(f/m/d) ”:**
- Overall Technical Leadership Acts as the technical leader for the Thales SIX Germany Crypto product line, responsible for architecture and technical decision-making.
- Requirements Analysis and Technical Solution Definition Analyzes product needs and requirements to define the technical solution, including overall functions, modular architecture, and making trade-offs regarding cost, schedule, risks, and maintainability.
- Product Variability and Reuse Management Defines and manages all product variability, commonality, and building block reuse across the product line.
- Production and Maintenance Oversight Ensures production and maintenance/service aspects are integrated by collaborating with the manufacturing and service departments.
- Technical Roadmap and Strategy Development Creates and maintains the product technical roadmap and strategy, considering R&D budgets, competitive analysis, and future trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting Works closely with Product Line Managers, engineering teams, and reports to the Technical Directorate; serves as the main Point-of-Contact for all technical product topics internally and externally.
- Technology and Regulatory Monitoring Identifies upcoming security and cybersecurity regulations and evaluates new technologies and standards to adapt the product architecture accordingly.
**We are looking forward to:**
- Educational Background Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a related field.
- Mandatory Experience in Product Architecture Several years of experience in product line architecture development and system design, preferably in cryptology, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.
- Senior-Level Architecture Expertise Proven senior experience in architecture definition, documentation, and communication for application software and embedded devices, fluent in both German and English.
- Market and Technology Knowledge Strong expertise in technology market trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in cryptography and security domains.
- Technical Solution Design Skills Ability to translate business requirements into secure, robust, and technically sound solutions.
- In-Depth Cryptography Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and methods including symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, PKCS, secure communications, key lifecycle management, and certification/accreditation standards such as Common Criteria and BSI accreditation.
- Advantageous Skills Practical experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Capella, Enterprise Architect), modeling languages (SysML/UML), and requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion).
