Product Manager (Crypto)

Top Talent Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading, which is seeking to onboard Crypto Product Manager to join their team in Dubai **Position:** Product Manager (Crypto) **Location** : Dubai, UAE **Work model:** on-site **Employment type:** Full-time. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Manage and prioritise the product backlog for the assigned feature team - Define and refine User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Epics, feature requirements, and sprint scope - Collaborate closely with Development, Design, QA, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle - Collect, analyse, and challenge business and product requirements to ensure alignment with company strategy - Create user flows, user story mapping, and product documentation - Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and participate in product and feature team meetings - Monitor delivery progress, sprint performance, and scrum metrics - Assist development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving product-related questions - Review and accept completed User Stories and support feature release processes - Coordinate release approvals, production testing, and post-release analysis - Monitor product performance metrics and support dashboard/report creation - Initiate, validate, and facilitate new product ideas and improvement initiatives - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous optimisation. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Fluent in English - Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within trading/Crypto - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies - Experience managing product backlogs, User Stories, sprint planning, and feature prioritisation - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Understanding of user-centered design principles and product lifecycle management - Basic technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams - Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence - Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Mixpanel, Power BI, OLAP, or similar is considered an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. **To apply for this position and to explore many other exciting opportunities, visit and apply through our career page: https://toptalentrecruitment.careers-page.com/**
