🔎 Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a
**Technical Product Manager**
with a dual focus: a deep architectural mastery of
**Blockchain Core Systems**
(network-specific fee processing, transaction lifecycles, and settlement) and a hands-on obsession with
**Transactional Integrity.**

You will work directly with the Head of Product to architect the logic behind our payment engine. You won't just manage tickets; you will be the lead architect of the logic behind our backend flows. If you understand the technical nuances of how different networks calculate and process fees, can map out complex transactional logic in
**BPMN and flow of funds**
, and obsess over the accuracy of a ledger entry, this role is for you.

💻 What You'll Be Doing

- **Product Strategy and Execution:**
Work with the CEO and Head of Product to understand and execute Venga's product vision and development roadmap.
- **Full Lifecycle Management:**
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring effective prioritisation throughout the process.
- **Backlog and Roadmap Ownership:**
Act as the primary backlog owner, creating and prioritising user stories while maintaining a clear product roadmap.
- **Epic and Story Definition:**
Split product features into epics and write detailed, technical descriptions for each user story to ensure they are ready for engineering.
- **Backend Transactional Architecture:**
Design and document end-to-end transaction lifecycles across diverse blockchain protocols. You will be responsible for the backend logic that connects internal ledgers with various network architectures using BPMN.
- **Fee Engineering and Optimisation:**
Take full ownership of the fee engine. You will analyse how different chains handle network costs and gas markets, ensuring our internal calculation logic is accurate, profitable, and robust across all integrated networks.
- **Earning Products Architecture:**
Lead the backend logic for our yield bearing products such as staking and lending. This includes architecting the flows for freezing and unfreezing funds, managing collateralization, and ensuring the high precision calculation of rewards and APY.
- **Money Flow Analysis:**
Act as the guardian of the Flow of Funds. You will dive deep into backend data to audit transaction logs, reconcile internal balances with on-chain reality, and ensure every asset movement is accounted for with zero margin for error.
- **Ledger and API Integrity:**
Define the requirements for our core transactional APIs. You will ensure communication between our backend and the blockchain is seamless, handling edge cases like stuck transactions, gas spikes, or network specific delays.

👤 Who You Are & What You'll Need

- You have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Crypto ecosystem, specifically blockchain transaction lifecycles, network fee structures, and protocol-level mechanics across different chains.
- You have rich experience in product metrics and analytics, and can help set up tracking from scratch.
- Prior work experience in a startup environment in crypto and Web3 is a huge plus.
- A very high level of English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.
- Product Management and UX Certifications will give you an advantage.
- Excellent planning and project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
- You are exceptionally well organised and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
- You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
- Your time zone must be within CET +/- 2 hours.
