**Senior PM, AI Agent & DevOps** **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning and design of an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform. You will drive the deep integration of AI Agents, AI Coding, knowledge capabilities, and engineering platform systems — working at the intersection of DevOps and AI to deliver mission-critical internal products. **What You'll Do** - Own the full product lifecycle for the AI Native engineering platform, from requirements gathering and PRD writing through solution design and delivery - Lead product planning and solution design for AI Agent capabilities integrated into engineering workflows, including AI coding, automated testing, and knowledge augmentation - Define and drive DevOps platform product strategy, including CI/CD, deployment automation, infrastructure tooling, and developer experience improvements - Coordinate across PM, AI Research, and Engineering teams to align priorities and deliver high-impact internal products on schedule - Conduct requirement analysis and translate complex technical and business needs into clear product specs and actionable roadmaps - Identify bottlenecks in engineering delivery and design platform solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and developer productivity - Stay current on industry trends in AI Agents, LLM tooling, and DevOps platforms to inform product direction **What You'll Need** - 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in technical or platform product roles - Solid understanding of DevOps practices and toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and developer tooling — this is approximately 60% of the role - Hands-on familiarity with AI Agent concepts, LLM integration, or AI-powered developer tools — approximately 40% of the role - Experience writing PRDs, conducting product planning, and driving end-to-end product delivery - Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and AI teams on complex, ambiguous problem spaces - Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with mission-critical delivery expectations **Nice to Have** - Experience at AI-first companies or large-scale tech platforms - Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar - Background in internal developer platforms, engineering productivity, or platform engineering - Experience with knowledge management systems or RAG-based product integrations ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ **Senior PM, Web3 Card & OTC Products** **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Web3 spend and OTC products. You will drive the development of virtual and physical card products, on-chain payment innovations, and user growth strategies — working at the intersection of Web3, fintech, and consumer payments. **What You'll Do** - Own the full product lifecycle for Web3 spend and OTC products, including virtual and physical card issuance, card binding, payments, and user experience optimization - Develop deep expertise in Visa and MasterCard networks, including integration processes, settlement flows, security standards, and compliance requirements - Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to design and refine KYC/KYT processes, ensuring regulatory adherence across multiple regions - Partner with growth and marketing teams to develop and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for card users - Manage partnerships and integrations with issuing banks, card networks, and payment processors to ensure operational excellence - Analyze product and user data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements in product experience and business metrics - Explore and lead innovation in Web3-native payment use cases, including on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, and decentralized identity integrations **What You'll Need** - 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or internet products - Solid understanding of Visa/MasterCard payment rails, clearing and settlement processes, and card lifecycle management - Familiarity with KYC/KYT processes, AML standards, and regional regulatory frameworks - Working knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including wallets, on-chain transactions, and core blockchain concepts - Proven track record of driving user growth using structured product methodologies - Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams **Nice to Have** - Direct hands-on experience building or managing a Web3 spend or OTC product such as Crypto.com Card, Bitget U Card, or similar - Experience with stablecoin payments, crypto-to-fiat conversion flows, or on-chain settlement - Background working in a regulated crypto exchange or Web3 fintech environment If you are passionate about this role and meet the above requirements, please don’t hesitate to apply.
