**Job Title:** **Product Operations Specialist (Crypto / Fintech)** **Location: JLT** **Department: Operations** **About the Role :** We are looking for a user-centric and highly adaptable Product Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing Operations team. We have recently launched the core functionalities of our new Cryptocurrency Wallet project (including P2P trading, Deposits, and Withdrawals), and we are now entering a critical phase of real-world closed-loop testing and product iteration. In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between our product, our technical team, and our early-stage users. You will manage daily platform operations, oversee risk and compliance reviews (KYC), handle user disputes, and gather critical feedback during our initial user acquisition testing phases. Product Testing & Beta Launch Execution** - **Coordinate and execute small-scale, closed-loop user testing to verify the stability of the entire App transaction flow.** - Configure and verify backend wallet assets and system settings prior to testing phases and new feature rollouts. - **Collaborate with the marketing team during initial user acquisition tests (e.g., onboarding the first cohorts of ~100 beta users) to ensure a smooth transition from ad-click to active use.** **2. Daily Operations & Risk Management** - **Review & Compliance:** Conduct daily operational reviews, including User KYC approvals, Merchant verifications, and monitoring fiat/crypto Deposit and Withdrawal requests. - **P2P Operations:** Support merchant advertising configurations, monitor live order processing, and act as the primary mediator for P2P transaction disputes and arbitrations. **3. User Support & Experience Optimization** - Act as the frontline support for our early-stage users. Handle customer inquiries, email support, and provide live technical troubleshooting for the online environment. - **Deeply empathize with the user journey. Log, categorize, and prioritize user issues, technical glitches, and operational friction points.** **4. Product Iteration & Feedback Loop** - Systematically collect and analyze user feedback from our beta testing phases. - **Act as the "voice of the user" to the Product and Engineering teams.** - **Replicate bug paths, suggest UX/UI improvements, and help prioritize fixes to continuously optimize the wallet's trading flow and overall experience.** **Who We Are Looking For** **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Tech, or a related field. - **2 to 5 years of experience in Product Operations, User Operations, or Trust & Safety.** **Domain Knowledge:** Direct experience in the Cryptocurrency, E-Wallet, or broader Fintech industry is highly preferred. You must understand the basic mechanics of P2P trading, blockchain deposits/withdrawals, and KYC processes. **Language:** Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. **Core Skills:** - **Operational Rigor:** Highly meticulous and responsible, especially when handling financial transactions, user assets, and sensitive KYC data. - **Conflict Resolution:** Strong logical thinking and patience when dealing with user disputes or P2P arbitration.
