As we continue expanding, we are looking for an experienced **Project Manager (Blockchain / Web3 Projects)** to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex crypto and blockchain initiatives. This role is critical in driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and bringing innovative Web3 products from concept to launch. This is a fully remote position based in Switzerland, offering flexibility and collaboration with a global, high-performing team. **Key Responsibilities** Lead end-to-end project management for blockchain and Web3 products, from planning through execution and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and external partners. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and resource efficiency. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership. Ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving blockers in fast-paced environments. Implement and optimize project management processes, tools, and best practices. **Requirements** Proven experience as a Project Manager in blockchain, crypto, Web3, or fintech environments. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and token-based ecosystems. Experience managing technical teams and coordinating product development cycles. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workflows in a remote environment. Fluent English (written and spoken). **What We Offer** Competitive annual salary CHF 130,000–150,000.
