**QA Automation Engineer** 📍 Singapore | Hybrid Working 💰 Up to $80,000 USD We’re partnering with a **high-growth blockchain fintech** that’s redefining how global financial institutions handle clearing & settlement. They are looking for a **QA Automation Engineer** to help drive quality across a high-performance platform environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automation testing experience and exposure to financial services or **blockchain environments** who enjoys working across modern cloud-native architectures and complex distributed systems. **🔍 What you’ll be doing:** - Designing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and edge-case scenarios - Reviewing source code and technical requirements to build comprehensive testing strategies - Performing frontend, API, integration, performance, and stress testing - Building and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks - Using AI-driven tools and approaches to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and testing speed - Supporting production issues, debugging, and root cause analysis - Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases - Testing across web applications, microservices, databases, blockchain infrastructure, and cloud environments **🛠 Tech & Experience:** - 5+ years’ experience in Software QA / Automation Testing - Strong **automation testing experience** (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) - Ability to understand s **ource code and translate functionality** into effective test coverage - Experience with **performance and stress testing** methodologies/tools - Knowledge of **blockchain technology and distributed systems** - Strong knowledge of **JavaScript and/or Go** - Experience with **SQL and database testing** - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows - Experience testing cloud-native applications, Docker, Kafka, MQ, or microservices - Experience **using AI tools to enhance QA processes and automation workflows** is highly desirable - English and Mandarin speaking skills required - Financial services industry experience strongly preferred - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred This role offers the chance to work within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where quality engineering plays a critical role in product delivery.
