RESPONSIBILITY - Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Go (backend) and React (frontend) - Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs - Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React - Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end - Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack - Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues - Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing efforts REQUIREMENTS - 4+ years of experience in fullstack or software development - Strong experience with Go for backend development - Strong experience with React for frontend development - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend–backend integration - Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Docker - Experience with AI project - Good problem-solving and communication skills - English must have **Nice to have:** - Experience with TypeScript - Familiarity with Kubernetes - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Understanding of frontend testing frameworks - Knowledge of backend or frontend security best practices **Candidate profile:** - Strong hands-on backend engineer - Able to own features end-to-end - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments BENEFITS Being a member of us, you will experience a youthful, flexible, and creative work environment - Competitive salary ( $2500 gross) - Annual salary review - Working in a professional, friendly, well-equipped environment both with foreigners and Vietnamese. - Extensive on job training, you will always have a chance to work with new emerging technologies - Social insurance, health insurance & unemployment insurance according to Vietnam Labor Law - 12-day annual leave per year WORKING TIME 09:00 AM - 06:00PM from Monday to Friday LOCATION Remote HCMC
