We partner with startups,enterprises, and financial institutions across 30+ countries to deliver transformative technologysolutions. **Role Overview** We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth and strategicpartnerships across the United States market. This individual will own the full sales cycle for ourWeb3, blockchain, and AI service portfolio — from prospecting and pipeline building to closing andaccount expansion. This is a senior, quota-carrying role requiring a deep understanding of emergingtechnologies and a proven ability to sell complex, high-value technology services to enterprisebuyers. **Key Responsibilities** **▪** Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenuetargets in the US market. ▪ Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Web3, blockchain, AI/ML, DeFi,NFT and enterprise software domains. ▪ Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leadconversion, referrals, and strategic partnerships. ▪ Lead consultative sales engagements — understanding client pain points and positioning Antier's solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. ▪ Develop and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, andecosystem stakeholders. ▪ Collaborate with the pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals,RFP responses, and solution presentations. ▪ Represent Antier at industry conferences, Web3 summits, AI forums, and networking eventsacross the USA. ▪ Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to leadership on aregular basis. ▪ Mentor and guide junior sales team members as the US practice scales. **Required Qualifications** **Experience & Domain Knowledge** ▪ 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior ordirector-level role. ▪ Demonstrated track record of selling Web3, blockchain, DeFi, or AI/ML solutions toenterprise or mid-market clients. ▪ Strong understanding of blockchain technology concepts including smart contracts,tokenomics, layer-1/layer-2 architectures, NFTs, and decentralized protocols. ▪ Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in enterprise settings — includingLLMs, AI agents, and data automation platforms. ▪ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 3–12 months in duration. ▪ Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed annual quotas of $2M+ in technology servicesor SaaS sales.Work Authorization ▪ Must be a US citizen, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or hold valid workauthorization permitting full-time employment in the United States. ▪ Candidates must be currently residing in the United States. ▪ Antier Solutions does not provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time.Skills & Competencies ▪ Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills. ▪ Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. ▪ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions fornon-technical stakeholders. ▪ Strong network within the Web3, crypto, fintech, or enterprise technology ecosystem in theUS. ▪ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first globalorganization. **Preferred Qualifications** ▪ Experience working with or selling to financial institutions, fintech companies, orcrypto-native enterprises. ▪ Existing rolodex of C-suite contacts within Web3, AI, or enterprise technology verticals in theUS market. ▪ Exposure to global delivery models and offshore technology service providers. ▪ Background in solution selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar enterprise salesmethodologies. ▪ MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory.Compensation & Benefits ▪ Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. ▪ Performance-based commission and incentive structure with uncapped earning potential. ▪ Flexible remote work arrangement with travel budget for client meetings and conferences. ▪ Paid time off, wellness benefits.Equal Opportunity StatementAntier Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
