About the Role

Role Overview Clearer is seeking a commercially driven and highly knowledgeable Sales Manager to lead revenue growth within our stablecoin and digital asset business. This role will focus on driving adoption and transaction volume for USDT, USDC, and other digital asset payment solutions, particularly within cross-border payment flows. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience within crypto, or digital asset ecosystems and a proven ability to convert high-value leads into revenue across B2B and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI). You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and forming liquidity and distribution partnerships across the crypto ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth (Stablecoin Focus) - Drive revenue growth through stablecoin-based transactions (USDT, USDC) and digital asset payment solutions. - Own and deliver on transaction volume and revenue targets tied to crypto flows. - Identify and unlock new use cases for stablecoins in cross-border payments, remittances, and treasury management. 2. Pipeline Development & Management - Build and manage a high-quality pipeline - Track deal flow, transaction volumes, and conversion metrics across the sales funnel. - Implement structured sales processes and accurate forecasting for digital asset transactions. 3. Lead Conversion (B2B & HNI – Crypto Focus) - Convert qualified leads into active transacting clients across corporate (B2B) and HNI crypto users. - Develop tailored engagement strategies for institutional clients, individual high-volume traders. - Drive onboarding and activation of clients to ensure consistent transaction activity. - Continuously optimize conversion rates and client lifetime value. 4. Enterprise & Institutional Client Acquisition - Acquire and onboard high-value clients - Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closure. - Structure deals around liquidity access, pricing, and transaction efficiency. - Build strong relationships with decision-makers including traders, treasury teams, and founders. 5. Liquidity & Strategic Partnerships - Identify and establish liquidity partnerships with market makers, and crypto platforms. - Negotiate spreads, pricing structures, and transaction frameworks. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of large-volume trades. - Continuously evaluate and optimize liquidity sources and partner performance. 6. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback - Monitor trends in crypto markets, stablecoin adoption, and regulatory developments. - Provide insights to inform pricing strategies, product enhancements, and market positioning. - Stay ahead of competitor offerings within digital asset payments. 7. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and transaction targets. - Work closely with trading, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth client experience. - Foster a high-performance, execution-focused sales culture. Key Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Minimum of 6– 10 years’ experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services sales. - Proven experience in stablecoin transactions (USDT, USDC), crypto trading, or OTC environments. - Strong understanding of digital asset markets, liquidity dynamics, and cross-border payments. - Demonstrated ability to convert leads into active trading or transacting clients (B2B & HNI). - Existing network within crypto ecosystem is a strong advantage. - Experience negotiating large-volume transactions and partnership agreements. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
