This role is critical in ensuring platform safety, protecting user assets, and aligning our systems with compliance and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** ● **Design & Architecture:** Build and maintain secure IT infrastructure across networks, applications, and cloud environments. ● **Strategic Planning:** Develop and enhance cybersecurity strategies aligned with business and compliance requirements. ● **Threat Management:** Identify vulnerabilities, conduct threat analysis, and implement mitigation strategies (including VAPT). ● **Data Protection:** Define encryption standards, data classification, and protection mechanisms (e.g., tokenization, anonymization). ● **Leadership & Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and compliance - teams to ensure end-to-end security and mentor team members where required. **Required Skills & Qualifications** ● **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field. **Experience:** Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or a similar role. ● **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security practices.
