Senior Blockchain Developer (Remote – USA) **Overview** We’re hiring a Senior Blockchain Developer to build and scale secure smart contracts and dApps. You’ll lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact Web3 solutions. **Responsibilities** - Develop and deploy smart contracts (Ethereum/EVM) - Build and maintain dApps - Ensure security, testing, and performance - Lead technical decisions and mentor team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams **Requirements** - 5+ years in software engineering - 2+ years in blockchain development - Strong **Solidity** and **Ethereum** experience - Proficient in **JavaScript / TypeScript** - Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar tools - Solid understanding of smart contract security **Nice to Have** - Layer 2 (Optimism, Arbitrum) - Rust (Solana ecosystem) - DeFi / NFT experience
