**1. Senior Web3 Developer (3 Positions)** **Experience** ·                 6+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in Web3 development **Key Responsibilities** ·                 Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web3-enabled applications - Integrate blockchain interactions using Web3 libraries - Build robust backend and frontend components using modern tech stacks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions - Optimise application performance, security, and scalability - Stay updated with evolving Web3 frameworks and ecosystem trends **Mandatory Skills** ·     Strong programming expertise in  **Java and TypeScript** - Hands-on experience with  **Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js)** - Experience in building distributed or decentralised applications - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures **Good to Have** ·                 Exposure to blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) - Understanding of cryptographic concepts and decentralised identity - Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) **Note** ·                  **Smart contract development or token issuance experience is NOT required**
