Senior Blockchain Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join an innovative team building next-generation Web3 and decentralized products. If you're passionate about blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and building secure, scalable systems, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and deploy secure Smart Contracts. Build and maintain Web3 and DeFi applications. Develop blockchain integrations and decentralized infrastructure. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Optimize smart contracts for performance, scalability, and gas efficiency. Support code reviews, testing, security audits, and production deployments. Contribute to AI-powered blockchain solutions where applicable. Required Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years of commercial Blockchain/Web3 development experience. Strong experience with Solidity and Smart Contract development. Hands-on experience with Ethereum/EVM ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, BNB Chain). Experience building DeFi protocols, dApps, wallets, bridges, or blockchain infrastructure. Proficiency with Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, ethers.js, or web3.js. Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Solana or Polkadot. Smart Contract auditing or security testing experience. Knowledge of AI/ML integration in blockchain applications. Experience with cross-chain protocols or Layer 2 technologies. Why Join?
