This role sits at the heart of that ambition. **The Role** We're looking for a Senior Business Developer to drive ANote Music's strategic expansion into two arenas: the Web3 ecosystem and traditional digital finance. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines sharp commercial instincts with a genuine understanding of blockchain infrastructure, decentralised finance, and regulated investment platforms. You will identify, negotiate, and close partnerships that extend ANote Music's reach, enhance its platform capabilities, and open new investor communities — reporting directly to senior leadership and working cross-functionally with Product and Tech. **What You'll Do** **Web3 Partnerships** - Identify and pursue technical partnerships with blockchain protocols, tokenisation platforms, infrastructure providers, and DeFi ecosystems - Build commercial relationships with DAOs, Web3 VCs, and decentralised communities to grow ANote Music's presence in the crypto-native investor base - Work with the Product and Tech teams to scope and structure integrations that strengthen the platform's Web3 capabilities - Represent ANote Music at Web3 conferences, blockchain summits, and industry events **Digital Finance Partnerships** - Establish and grow relationships with regulated digital asset players, neobanks, digital brokers, and fintech platforms to expand the investor pipeline - Position ANote Music as a credible bridge between music royalty investment and mainstream digital finance - Develop and present compelling partnership proposals to senior and C-level stakeholders - Identify distribution opportunities that bring ANote Music's offering to new institutional and retail investor audiences **Commercial Execution** - Own the full business development cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified partnership and commercial opportunities - Track and report on BD activity, pipeline health, and partnership outcomes to leadership - Stay ahead of market trends across Web3, tokenisation of real-world assets, and digital finance regulation **What We're Looking For** - 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, digital assets, or a regulated investment environment - Proven track record of closing complex, high-value partnerships and deals - Strong existing network or deep fluency within Web3 ecosystems — DeFi, tokenisation, blockchain infrastructure - Solid understanding of traditional digital finance — regulated brokerage, digital banking, or asset management - Confident negotiator and communicator, comfortable with C-suite conversations and long deal cycles - Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus **Nice to Have** - Passion for music or existing connections within the music industry - Experience with tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA) - Familiarity with EU financial regulation (MiCAR, MiFID II) - Existing relationships with Web3 VCs, DeFi protocols, or digital asset platforms **What ANote Music Offers** - A pivotal role in a fast-growing, award-winning European fintech at the frontier of music and investment - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Hybrid working model based in Luxembourg - Direct exposure to executive leadership and real ownership of your work - The chance to shape the future of music royalty investment and Web3 finance - A dynamic, international team driven by innovation and impact Linkedin is a great tool but a good old CV and cover letter help give a better presentation of yourself and why you would be a great fit for our upcoming expansion phase.
