Senior Crypto Operations & Treasury Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Crypto Operations & Treasury Specialist to oversee on-chain execution, settlements and digital asset treasury operations. This role is focused on accuracy, liquidity control and secure movement of crypto assets across wallets, exchanges and blockchain networks.

You will work closely with operational and finance teams, handling real transaction flows and supporting daily treasury activities in a live crypto environment. This is a senior, execution-driven role with direct responsibility for asset integrity.

Responsibilities

- Execute and reconcile on-chain crypto transactions across multiple blockchain networks.
- Manage operational and treasury wallets, including hardware and multi-signature setups.
- Support liquidity movements between wallets, exchanges and counterparties.
- Process settlements, internal transfers and balance rebalancing.
- Monitor transaction confirmations, fees and network conditions.
- Maintain treasury and operational records with strong audit discipline.
- Identify operational, liquidity and execution risks.
- Support onboarding of new assets, wallets and blockchain networks.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in crypto operations, treasury or digital asset settlements.
- Deep understanding of blockchain transaction mechanics and wallet infrastructure.
- Experience handling high-value crypto transfers and balances.
- Practical knowledge of centralized exchanges and on-chain workflows.
- High attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

Compensation

**Base Salary:**
USD 95,000 – 130,000 per year

**Token Allocation:**
Performance-based crypto incentives or token grants (if applicable)

**Legacy:**
Long-term senior role with growth into lead or treasury management positions
