Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote Experience Required: 5+ Years Monthly Salary: ₹5,00,000-900000 Additional Benefits: Performance-Based Bonus Job Overview :- We are looking for a highly experienced Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Specialist with deep technical knowledge of Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), blockchain architecture, cryptographic protocols, wallet security, and transaction analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience researching cryptocurrency protocols, evaluating blockchain security, analyzing transaction behavior, and developing or auditing secure blockchain-related systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a commitment to legal and ethical security practices. Required Technical Skills - Bitcoin (BTC): Deep understanding of Bitcoin Core, UTXOs, transaction structures, mempool behavior, mining fundamentals, and blockchain data. - Monero (XMR): Strong understanding of CryptoNote-based architecture, Ring Signatures, RingCT, stealth addresses, and privacy-preserving transaction mechanisms. - Blockchain Analysis: Experience with blockchain explorers, transaction tracing where technically possible, on-chain data analysis, and cryptocurrency flow analysis. - Cryptography: Understanding of public-key cryptography, digital signatures, hashing, elliptic-curve cryptography, and key management. - Wallet Security: Experience with wallet architecture, seed phrases, private-key protection, secure backups, and transaction signing. - Blockchain Development: Familiarity with relevant APIs, RPC interfaces, blockchain nodes, and cryptocurrency development tools. - Security Research: Ability to conduct authorized protocol reviews, identify vulnerabilities, document findings, and recommend fixes. - Programming: Proficiency in at least one relevant language, such as Python, C++, Rust, or Go. - Linux & Networking: Strong understanding of Linux environments, network protocols, and secure system administration. - Research & Documentation: Ability to explain complex technical concepts and prepare detailed technical reports. Key Responsibilities - Research Bitcoin and Monero protocols, transaction mechanisms, and blockchain infrastructure. - Analyze blockchain data and cryptocurrency transactions using lawful, authorized methods. - Evaluate wallet implementations, key-management systems, and blockchain application security. - Conduct authorized security assessments of cryptocurrency software and infrastructure. - Build proof-of-concept implementations and analytical tools for legitimate research. - Review cryptographic implementations and identify potential security weaknesses. - Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and recommendations. - Maintain strict confidentiality and follow applicable laws, company policies, and project authorization requirements. Experience Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain development, cryptography, or blockchain security. - Demonstrable hands-on experience with Bitcoin and Monero technologies. - A portfolio of legitimate projects, open-source contributions, technical publications, or verifiable professional experience. - Ability to explain technical decisions and demonstrate expertise during a practical interview. - Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field are desirable but not mandatory. Salary & Bonus Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹5,00,000-1000000 Performance Bonus: Additional bonus based on agreed KPIs, project milestones, research quality, and measurable contributions.
