Senior Finance Manager - Crypto / Fintech

**About the Client :**
Our client is a reputable company within the Crypto and Fintech space. They are looking a Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the monthly close process and preparation of management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Manage external audit processes and tax compliance matters
- Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Monitor daily cash positions across multiple banking relationships
- Execute FX transactions and manage banking relationships
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to treasury activities
- Ensure secure, compliant, and well-documented digital asset workflows
- Coordinate fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transfers

****Requirements:****

- 8+ years of accounting and finance experience
- 2–3 years of in-house commercial experience within digital assets, or fintech preferred
- Big 4 background with a recognised CPA qualification
- Strong command of English is essential; Cantonese is an advantage
- Solid technical accounting and reconciliation expertise
- Proven experience managing treasury and multi-currency operations
- Comfortable operating in digital asset or crypto environments
- Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach
