The stablecoin payment infrastructure space is moving from fragmentation toward consolidation. Established networks are integrating dedicated infrastructure capabilities, and demand is shifting from product novelty to durable, regulated, and scalable rails. The institutional architecture being built now will shape the next phase of cross-border money movement — and this role sits at the centre of how PhotonPay positions itself in that transition. We are seeking a high-impact, execution-focused BD to originate, negotiate, structure, and launch institutional partnerships across stablecoin issuers, digital asset infrastructure providers, and the fiat networks that bridge into them. https://www.photonpay.com/hk **Mission** Originate, structure, and launch the institutional partnerships that build out PhotonPay's Web3 payment infrastructure stack: - Stable coin issuance and treasury relationships - Institutional custody and MPC platforms - On/off-ramp and crypto-native PSP networks - Liquidity providers and OTC desks - Fiat bridges into and out of the stablecoin layer (settlement, FX, correspondent banking) **Responsibilities** **Web3 Infrastructure Origination** - Build and own the partnership map across stable coin issuers, custodians, on/off-ramps, liquidity providers, and crypto-native PSPs - Independently source, qualify, and close commercial deals end-to-end **Stablecoin Flow Structuring** - Design scalable on/off-ramp, settlement, and treasury structures across multiple chains and jurisdictions - Translate business needs into models that work for both Web3 counterparties and traditional banks/regulators - Negotiate risk allocation, compliance boundaries, and chain / asset coverage **Fiat Bridge Negotiation (Where It Serves Stable coin)** - Secure correspondent banking and FX coverage for stable coin settlement corridors - Lead pricing on FX, conversion economics, and revenue share — ensuring margin-accretive, repeatable frameworks **End-to-End Execution Ownership** - Drive deals from origination to go-live; coordinate Legal, Compliance, Product, Treasury, and Operations - Maintain full accountability for launch readiness and commercial viability **Ideal Background** **Highest priority** - Stablecoin payment infrastructure firms (issuance, settlement, on/off-ramp) - Institutional crypto custody and MPC platforms **Also strong** - Crypto-native PSPs and cross-border stablecoin settlement networks - Tier-1 exchanges with B2B / institutional payments arms - Cross-border payment networks with stablecoin or digital asset exposure **Geography & Experience** - Geographic preference: EMEA, North America, LATAM - 7–12 years across some combination of: payments / fintech, digital asset infrastructure, cross-border settlement, institutional FI partnerships - Demonstrated origination and close of complex, multi-jurisdiction stablecoin or digital asset deals **Capability Profile** - Working knowledge of stablecoin economics, on/off-ramp structures, custody architecture, and money-flow design - Comfortable in evolving regulatory regimes - Operates as a senior IC — high autonomy, high mobility, no people-management dependency - High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively **Others** **Mobility Requirement** This is a global-facing role. Frequent international travel is expected, and extended on-the-ground presence in key markets may be required.
