Senior HRBP – Web3 Recruitment Experience Preferre

**Responsibilities:** - Serve as an HR advisor to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist and managerial roles, including web3/blockchain and technology functions. - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies. - Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. - Advise on HR policies, rewards, and compliance with employment laws and regulatory guidelines. - Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs. - Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across HR functions. - Support HR analytics/reporting and provide insights to leadership. - Participate in or lead HR projects and change management initiatives. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field - Arond 5 - 8 years’ relevant HR experience, with strong recruitment exposure. - Previous experience hiring for web3, blockchain, or fintech roles highly desirable. - Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation. - Strong business partnering skills; able to influence and build credibility with managers and senior executives. - Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, and flexible team player. - Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
