Klickl is building the next-generation Web3 financial infrastructure, connecting digital assets with real-world payments through compliant crypto payment solutions, card programs, stablecoin applications, and global financial services. We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to strengthen our global brand presence and accelerate ecosystem growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance Klickl's global brand awareness, market positioning, and user acquisition efforts.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels, campaigns, and external communications.
- Work closely with Product, Business Development, Compliance, and Leadership teams to support company objectives and product launches.
- Events & Ecosystem Engagement
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, side events, meetups, webinars, AMAs, networking sessions, sponsorship activations, and product launch campaigns.
- Represent Klickl at major Web3, crypto, fintech, and payments events, building relationships with ecosystem partners, media outlets, KOLs, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage partnerships with event organizers, agencies, vendors, and external service providers to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Content & Communications
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, presentations, event collateral, thought leadership content, and promotional assets.
- Support corporate communications, PR initiatives, and media engagement activities to strengthen Klickl's brand reputation.
- Collaborate with community and social media teams to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
- Performance & Growth
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, event ROI, and key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, narratives, and competitive developments within the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the Web3, crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
- Proven experience managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, including participation in international conferences and industry events.
- Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including digital assets, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, payments, and blockchain technologies.
- Hands-on experience in brand building, ecosystem marketing, corporate communications, and event management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese are required.
- Existing relationships with Web3 media, KOLs, event organizers, and ecosystem partners are highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
**Preferred Background**
- Experience working for a crypto exchange, payment company, wallet provider, Web3 infrastructure company, or fintech startup.
- Prior exposure to global markets, particularly APAC, MENA, or Europe, is a plus.
