Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Finance (Web3

**Job Responsibilities** - Oversee the end-to-end financial management for the Web3 and FinTech business lines, leading the design, preparation of periodic financial reports to align with regulatory standards and the business’s strategic needs with a core focus on financial reporting. - Lead the preparation of regulatory reports, with a strong focus on FRR (Financial Resources Rules) returns to the Hong Kong SFC, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with SFC guidelines and requirements. - Manage and enhance financial and management reporting systems, producing high-quality reports to support executive decision-making, including analysis of financial performance, cost control, and profitability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal compliance, operations, risk and Web3/FinTech product/business teams to align financial processes with the division’s strategic objectives and evolving digital financial services regulatory requirements. - Review and improve internal financial controls, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity. - Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities on financial matters, audits, and regulatory inquiries. - Proactively monitor and stay updated on SFC regulation changes, HKFRS, Web3/FinTech industry-specific frameworks and digital asset financial reporting best practices, driving integration of new requirements into the company’s financial processes and systems. **Job Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred. - Minimum 3 years of progressive financial management and reporting experience in HK SFC licensed corporations or regulated financial services firms. - Strong technical acumen in financial reporting, regulatory reporting (especially FRR), and financial system management; proficiency in designing reporting frameworks, automating reporting processes, and validating report accuracy. - Exhibit outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and oversee financial reporting for fast-paced Web3/FinTech business environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and engage with external parties (auditors, regulators, advisors). - Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. - Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Yonyou, BE System, HFM) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for advanced financial analysis, data modeling, report automation).
