Senior Product Designer (DeFi)

DeFi is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in crypto, and the design problems we’re solving don’t always have strong precedents - You’ll drive product vision and execution across DeFi initiatives— Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Wallet, and more— working closely with product, engineering, legal and compliance and other cross-functional partners to ship best-in-class experiences - Drive outcomes end-to-end. Partner with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto - Bring clarity to complexity. Simplify complex crypto concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces - Uphold the craft bar. Help set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team - Start with AI. Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes while you guide intent, structure, and quality- Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment - Strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership - Deep crypto knowledge— experience isn’t required, but fluency is - Solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture - Active use of AI in your design workflow
