Senior / Product Manager - Web3 wallet / Cex / DeF

- **This is a fully remote role** **About Ceffu** Ceffu is a leading institutional-grade digital asset custody platform, offering secure, compliant, and scalable solutions for enterprises, hedge funds, and financial institutions. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge security and infrastructure to support the seamless integration of blockchain technology into institutional finance. **Responsibilities** - Lead the planning, design, and continuous iteration of digital asset custody products, ensuring secure, stable, and compliant asset management processes. - Define and clarify core custody business logic, including account structures, signing workflows, risk controls, and security mechanisms; deliver high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes. - Own and optimize the end-to-end deposit and withdrawal processes—including on-chain handling, address validation, approval workflows, limit strategies, and exception management. - Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive on-time delivery and ensure a seamless product experience. - Stay updated on custody technologies (MPC, multisig, HSM, hot–cold wallet architecture) and regulatory trends to provide forward-looking product insights. - Gather and analyze requirements from institutional clients (exchanges, funds, enterprises, etc.) and translate them into effective product solutions. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product management experience; background in exchanges, custody providers, or clearing institutions is a strong plus. - Solid understanding of digital asset custody systems, including account models, MPC/multisig signing workflows, permission frameworks, and approval processes. - Strong logical and structured thinking; capable of breaking down complex asset flow, risk control, and compliance requirements into clear product logic. - Familiar with deposit/withdrawal operational flows, including transaction confirmation mechanisms, address whitelisting, limit strategies, and exception handling. - Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills. - Passionate about blockchain and continuously learning industry developments. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)** - Experience in digital asset custody, exchanges, or institutional crypto platforms - Knowledge of **KYT** (Know-Your-Transaction), **Travel Rule** , and related compliance workflows - Understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, address risk scoring, sanctions screening, and compliance tools - Familiarity with MPC, HSM, hot–cold wallet architecture, or other custody technologies - Experience working with institutional clients and delivering external product solutions
