About the Role
1. Lead the commercialization and scalable development of Web3 in cross-border payment scenarios, facilitating the implementation of a closed-loop Web3 business.
2. Analyze application scenarios and global cross-border payment market trends, identify core applications and growth opportunities, and formulate development plans integrating Web3 with payment services.
3. Achieve business transaction volume targets, diversify revenue streams through service fees, asset management shares, and other models, and expand application scenarios.
4. Drive collaboration with technical and product departments to rapidly iterate business solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of sales experience in fintech, payments, or the Web3 industry.
2. Possession of a resource network in an emerging market country is a plus. Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to independently drive consortium collaborations.
3. Results-oriented, capable of achieving breakthroughs from 0 to 1 in a high-pressure environment.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to frequent business trips or cross-time zone collaboration.

1、主導WEB3在跨境支付場景的商業化落地推動及規模化發展,助力web3業務閉環落地
2、分析應用場景和全球跨境支付市場趨勢,識別核心應用和增長機會,制訂 web3與支付業務結合的發展計劃
3、實現業務交易量目標,通過手續費、資管分成等多元化模式提升收入,拓展應用場景
4、推動與技術、產品部門的協作,快速迭代業務解決方案
素質要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,5年以上金融科技、支付或web3行業銷售經驗
2、擁有某一新興市場國家資源網絡者加分,出色的商業談判能力,能獨立推動聯合體合作
3、結果導向,能在高壓環境下快速實現從0到1的突破
4、具備創業精神,適應高頻出差或跨時區協作
