**The Role:**
We are looking for a
**crypto-native Social Media & Community Lead**
who lives and breathes Web3. You won't just "post content"; you will be the voice of the
**$DTEC**
brand. Your mission is to drive hype, build organic engagement, and cultivate a die-hard community across X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.

**What You Will Do (Responsibilities):**

- **Strategic Growth:**
Develop and execute a killer social media strategy to increase $DTEC's organic reach, holder base, and global visibility.
- **Content Creation:**
Write high-impact threads, viral meme marketing, major announcements, and educational content that resonates with the Crypto Twitter (CT) community.
- **Hype & Narrative Management:**
Align social media activities with our roadmap (Listings, Partnerships, Utility upgrades) to maximize positive sentiment and FOMO.
- **Community Leadership:**
Engage with KOLs, alpha groups, and community members daily. Be the ultimate bridge between the core team and $DTEC investors.
- **Analytics:**
Track KPIs (Engagement rate, Reach, Conversion) and report weekly performance.

**What We Are Looking For (Requirements):**

- **Web3 Native:**
You deeply understand crypto market dynamics, tokenomics, the difference between a "Bull" and "Bear" market tone, and how to handle FUD professionally.
- **English Proficiency:**
Native or bilingual level is a MUST. You must be able to write witty, error-free, and engaging English content.
- **Proven Experience:**
2+ years of managing crypto communities, token projects, or Web3 social media accounts (Please share your portfolio/links).
- **Tool Stack:**
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut (for rapid video/meme creation), and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
- **Availability:**
Crypto never sleeps. We need someone flexible, proactive, and highly responsive.
