As we continue to grow our presence, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape and scale our voice across global audiences. **Role Overview** We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social presence across key platforms. This role focuses on **content execution, community engagement, and growth across Web3 and gaming audiences** . You will work closely with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong audience interaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and grow social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, etc.) - Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product and marketing initiatives - Create and publish engaging content tailored to Web3 and gaming audiences - Monitor trends and conversations in crypto, gaming, and digital culture - Engage with the community and respond to users in a timely and professional manner - Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data - Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality materials - Support campaign launches, announcements, and product updates **Requirements** - 2+ years of experience in social media management or content roles - Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats - Interest in Web3, crypto, or gaming industries - Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content in English - Experience working with scheduling and analytics tools - Strong communication and organizational skills **Nice to Have** - Experience managing crypto, NFT, or gaming communities - Familiarity with meme culture and online trends - Basic understanding of blockchain and digital assets - Experience with Discord or Telegram community management **Compensation** €45,000 – €65,000 annually, depending on experience **What We Offer** - Fully remote role within European time zones - Opportunity to work on Web3 and gaming-focused products - Creative and fast-paced work environment - High level of ownership and visibility - Collaborative, international team
