Special Projects Strategic Operations Lead - Finte

As Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll work closely with the Head of Strategy to drive the growth and execution of the Fintech company, and their Web3 programmable trade infrastructure platform powered by smart contract logic and future special projects. **Role Responsibilities:** - You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company enters new markets, building key external partnerships, and ensuring internal initiatives are delivered with rigour and speed. - This is an individual contributor role that spans both strategy and execution, uniquely positioned at the intersection of enterprise trade finance and emerging blockchain and stablecoin infrastructure. - Develop and execute market entry strategies for the company across target geographies and industry verticals. - Contribute to the company product roadmap by synthesizing market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive insights. - Evaluate emerging opportunities in blockchain and stablecoin-based trade finance, translating early stage concepts into structured, actionable plans. - Build and manage relationships with buyers, financial institutions, fintech partners, and ecosystem players. - Represent the company in external discussions, pilot programmes, and partnership negotiations. - Articulate the companie's value proposition clearly to enterprise clients and financial partners. - Own the operational cadence of company initiatives, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and resolving blockers. - Work cross-functionally with product, technology, solutions, sales, legal, and compliance to drive programme delivery. - Develop scalable processes and frameworks to support platform growth. **Role Requirements** - 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or operations within fintech, or Web3. - Solid understanding of blockchain infrastructure and/ or stablecoin applications and hands-on experience. - Working knowledge of trade finance workflows, supply chain finance, receivables financing, or related areas. - Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both technical teams and enterprise clients. - Self-directed and operationally sharp, able to manage multiple workstreams independently as an individual contributor. - Business proficiency in English and Mandarin.
