Spot Product Manager - Crypto Exchange

The flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. **Job Responsibilities** - Conduct in-depth research on trading patterns in the financial industry to understand design concepts, risk control mechanisms, and market potential, and design competitive financial products accordingly. - Manage the end-to-end financial product development process, including product screening, project proposals, product design (including risk control), and product promotion. - Coordinate resources across departments to ensure rapid and efficient development and launch of financial products, and support operations and marketing teams in product promotion. - Propose and implement optimization plans for existing financial products to meet specific business goals. **Requirements** - Prior experience of 5+ years in blockchain trading platform product design and risk control, including unified trading account architecture, is preferred. - Strong systematic and strategic thinking, capable of planning from a macro perspective. - Practical industry experience, able to identify core problems and solutions in complex scenarios and drive business implementation. - Deep passion for the industry, high awareness of market trends, and the ability to provide insightful analysis on emerging developments.
