This is a fully remote position based in England, offering flexibility and collaboration with an international team. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct in-depth research and analysis on cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and digital asset markets. Develop strategic reports, market outlooks, and investment theses for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze tokenomics, project fundamentals, and competitive positioning across Web3 sectors. Monitor global market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging narratives in the crypto space. Provide advisory support on market entry strategies, product positioning, and ecosystem growth. Collaborate with leadership, product, and investment teams to inform strategic initiatives. Prepare high-quality written deliverables, including research papers, briefings, and presentations. Translate complex data and technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations. **Requirements:** Proven experience in crypto research, market analysis, strategy consulting, or digital asset advisory. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, DeFi, NFTs, and macro crypto market cycles. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to interpret data and market signals. Experience producing high-quality research reports or strategic insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
