We are seeking a native, local, and well-networked Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our end-to-end hiring process, with a sharp focus on scaling our global Web3 teams. Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent, with a particular emphasis on roles in
**Community Growth, Marketing, and Ecosystem Development**
. You are not just a recruiter; you are a Web3 insider who understands the culture, the talent, and what it takes to build a world-class team in this dynamic space.
**Key Responsibilitie**
- **sFull-Cycle Recruitment**
: Manage the entire hiring process for assigned roles, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- **.Strategic Sourcing & Pipelining**
: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates in the Web3 space, leveraging both traditional and innovative Web3-native methods (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Telegram, industry events, DAO participation)
- **.Community Growth Expertise**
: Develop a deep understanding of the skills and profiles required for Community Management, Growth Marketing, Developer Relations, and other community-centric roles. You will be the go-to expert for identifying what makes a great community builder in Web3
- **.Market Intelligence**
: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Web3 talent market in your region (California or the UK/Europe), providing insights on compensation benchmarks, competitive landscapes, and hiring trends
- **.Candidate Experience**
: Craft an exceptional and seamless candidate journey that reflects our company's values and brand, ensuring we are a top choice for the best talent
- **.Employer Branding**
: Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance our employer brand within the global Web3 community
