We build digital products that combine blockchain infrastructure, in-game economies, and new models of digital ownership. As we continue to expand our economic design capabilities, we are looking for a Tokenomics Specialist to help design and optimize sustainable token-based systems across our products. **Role Overview** The Tokenomics Specialist will be responsible for designing and optimizing token economies within Web3 gaming environments. You will work closely with product, game design, engineering, and data teams to ensure that economic systems are balanced, sustainable, and aligned with user behavior and long-term product growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured economic modeling skills, and the ability to translate abstract economic systems into practical, scalable mechanics. **Key Responsibilities** - Design token economy systems for Web3 gaming and digital products - Define token utility, distribution models, and incentive mechanisms - Develop and maintain economic models supporting in-game and on-chain systems - Analyze user behavior and economic activity to optimize system balance and sustainability - Work with data teams to validate economic assumptions using real usage and blockchain data - Build scenario models and stress-test token systems under different market conditions - Collaborate with product and game design teams to align gameplay mechanics with economic design - Monitor live systems and propose adjustments based on post-launch performance **Requirements** - 3+ years of experience in tokenomics, economic modeling, or quantitative analysis - Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and Web3 economic structures - Experience designing or analyzing incentive systems in digital products or games - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and/or Python for modeling - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate complex economic concepts into structured models - Experience working in cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) **Nice to Have** - Experience in GameFi, NFT, or blockchain gaming projects - Background in economics, mathematics, finance, or related disciplines - Familiarity with DeFi mechanisms (staking, liquidity systems, emissions) - Experience with simulation modeling or agent-based modeling - Understanding of behavioral economics or game theory principles **Compensation** €80,000 – €115,000 annually, depending on experience and expertise **What We Offer** - Fully remote role based in Poland or aligned EU time zones - Opportunity to design core economic systems for Web3 gaming products - High ownership role with direct impact on product sustainability - Small, fast-moving team with minimal hierarchy - Exposure to early-stage blockchain gaming and digital economy design We are looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of economics, game systems, and blockchain technology, and who can design token models that are both engaging and structurally sustainable.
