  • Effectively resolve ambiguity, helping the team to analyze technical requirements and break down initiatives into tasks
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing delivery of high-quality integrations, new technologies, and processes into our existing systems.
  • Lead and ensure the successful launch and iteration of Leather's mobile, web and desktop apps.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of management experience in software development
  • A deep understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and architecture. You won't be required to code on your own, but you must understand technical challenges and be capable of suggesting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product teams to align technical projects with business objectives, understanding product lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions, understand user behavior, and guide product strategy.
  • Proven experience in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum), testing methodologies, automated frameworks, CI/CD practices, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding best practices for user data protection.
  • Experience in leading teams through change
  • Experience in technical hiring, including assessing technical skills and ensuring team fit.

We’d Also Like to See:

  • 2+ years at a growth-stage crypto company.
  • An independent, self-motivated individual with a passion for Bitcoin, crypto, and self-custody wallets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its underlying principles.
