About the role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual skills and Web3 knowledge to help shape our global product. You will play a key role in defining the visual direction, elevating user experience, and setting design standards for our product.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead user research and translate insights into clear design directions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for Web/App products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end user experiences.
- Benchmark competitors, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to elevate product experience.
- Advocate for design best practices, usability, and consistency across the entire product ecosystem.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the design system for scalable growth.

**Qualifications**

- 4+ years of experience designing UI/UX for digital products (web/mobile).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and real product impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience with User Research, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.
- Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, JS) to work effectively with developers.
- Experience in Blockchain, Fintech, Trading, or Crypto products is a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, think systematically, and solve problems with a product mindset.
