Unity Game Engineer (Blockchain / P2E)

**Role Description**

The Unity Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core gameplay systems for our blockchain-based Play-to-Earn game. This role requires strong technical expertise in Unity development, performance optimization, and system integration, with a focus on delivering stable and scalable game experiences.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to implement gameplay mechanics, multiplayer functionality, and blockchain-related features such as wallet integration and digital asset systems.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can write clean, maintainable code and contribute to long-term product architecture while working in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in Web3 or blockchain gaming is highly valued but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include building gameplay systems, optimizing game performance across platforms, integrating external APIs and SDKs, debugging technical issues, and supporting live game operations after deployment.

**Qualifications**

- 3+ years of professional experience with Unity
- Strong proficiency in C#
- Understanding of Game Design concepts and best practices
- Experience with Unity and knowledge of blockchain integration is a plus
- Experience with multiplayer systems (Photon, Mirror, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Passion for gaming, innovation, and decentralized technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
