Visual Designer - FX-Crypto

**Position Overview** We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer with strong aesthetic and execution capabilities. This role focuses primarily on branding and marketing design, while also requiring UI design skills and basic motion design abilities. The position is graphic-design–focused, with a need for cross-disciplinary capabilities to deliver high-quality visual content in the finance, forex, or crypto industry. **Responsibilities** - Create brand visuals and marketing materials (social media posts, banners, campaign key visuals, etc.) - Contribute to website and product UI design (Web / App) - Deliver high-quality visual outputs aligned with brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure smooth design implementation - Quickly understand business needs and translate them into high-conversion visual solutions **Requirements** - 5+ years of experience in visual design (primarily graphic design) - Experience in finance, forex, or crypto industry (required) - Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Solid UI design experience (Web and Mobile) - Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, video editing) - Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to deliver premium and tech-driven visuals - Familiar with social media design trends (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate efficiently in a remote environment **Nice to Have** - Experience designing for financial platforms (trading, crypto, or payment systems) - Experience in building or upgrading brand systems - Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana)
