Web3 Asset Associate

You understand concepts like Impermanent Loss, Slippage, Emissions Schedules, and Bonding Curves because you’ve read countless whitepapers trying to understand different projects. 1. You keep the **Web3 Engine Running:** Manage token live operations and own overall Web3 strategy and execution. 2. **Liquidity Management:** Monitor our liquidity pools across DEXs (Decentralized Exchanges) and CEXs (Centralized Exchanges). Ensure there is sufficient depth for smooth trading. 3. **Incentive Optimization:** Analyze the performance of our Web3 assets. Plan and execute sustainable Web3 initiatives geared towards overall ecosystem health and Web3-native revenue generation. 4. **Launch Support:** Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any Web3 initiative 5. You are Prismo’s **Pulse of the Market** . 6. **On-Chain Monitoring:** Track large wallet movements ("Whale Watching") and bridge activity to alert the team of potential market impacts 7. **Trend Spotting:** Identify new Web3 mechanisms (e.g., Liquid Restaking, Ve-Tokenomics) and propose how they can be integrated into Prismo 8. **Scenario Modelling:** Build models to test different economic interventions (e.g., Buy-backs, Burns, or Liquidity Mining events) and predict their impact on price and circulating supply. **Requirements** - **Experience:** 1-3 years in **Revenue/Pricing Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, or Monetary Economist** roles, preferably within **Fintech, Tech Startups, or Public/Development Sector.** Years are not a hard requirement. We value results over tenure. - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (Fresh Grads welcome). - **The "DeFi Filter":** You must be able to explain—in detail—how an **AMM (Automated Market Maker)** works. If you can't explain x \* y = k, this role isn't for you. - **Deep Web3 Fluency:** You have **consistently** used a web3 wallet, bridged assets, swapped on DEXs, and perhaps participated in various blockchain projects. - **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a minimum). Knowledge of **SQL** or **Python** is a massive plus.
