Web3/Blockchain Solution Architect

Job description 1. Requirement Analysis: o Assist in conducting requirement research and analysis related to Web3development (block chain, crypto currency, digital asset, etc.). 2. Technical Design & Coding Lead: o Lead designing, developing, and maintaining decentralized applications(dApps) and blockchain-based solutions. o Lead technical design for Web3 related business requirements, and deliver technical design documents, codes and unit test results. 3. Project/Product Delivery: o Work closely with project/product managers, business analysts, anddevelopers to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly Web3 solutions/products. 4. Smart Contract Development Lead: o Lead the design, implement, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms using languages such as Solidityand Rust. 5. DApp Development Lead: o Lead the building and maintaining the frontend and backend of decentralized applications (dApps), ensuring seamless integration with smart contracts and blockchain networks. 6. Blockchain Integration Lead: o Lead the Integration blockchain technology with existing systems and third party services (e.g., oracles like Chainlink, decentralized storage like IPFS). 7. Security & Best Practices: o Conduct thorough security reviews of smart contracts and dApp code,implement best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, and stay updated on the latest security threats and solutions in the Web3 space.8. System Architecture Lead: o Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Web3 systems,protocol selection, layer 2 solutions, and overall system design. 8. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: o Provide technical guidance to developers, review code, and foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing within the technical delivery team. Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, FinTech, or related fields are preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in technical design & development within the financial payment industry; experience related to Web3 block chain development is highly preferred. 3. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with proficiency in Java and python development, microservices, distributed systems, and API design. Coding experiences on Solidity and Rust is a plus. Sound understanding of blockchain fundamentals,Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), consensus mechanisms (PoW/PoS), and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). 4. Business Knowledge: Familiarity with business process modelling, requirements management tools (e.g., Jira Align), and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). Familiar with regulatory requirements in the Web3 and payment finance sectors. 5. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of debugging complex issues in distributed systems. 6. Communication: Excellent communication skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 7. Team Work: Ability to work under certain pressure; Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
