We are committed to excellence and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. ## **What you'll be doing?** - **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards the company's annual sales goals and revenue targets. - **Client Acquisition:** Identify and engage with clients in Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Europe, and the US, as well as those with RMB clearing accounts. - **Market Insights:** Understand client needs for payment solutions and develop strategies based on market trends to optimize products and processes. - **Data Analysis:** Regularly analyze transaction data to provide valuable insights, solve client payment issues, and enhance the client service experience. - **Full-Cycle Service:** Provide comprehensive services to clients at different stages of their development, addressing various issues. - **Client Engagement:** Build connections with potential clients through multiple channels, conduct effective site visits, identify client needs, and utilize both online and offline methods to follow up, expand, and convert industry clients. - **Performance Management:** Efficiently manage personal performance, adjusting sales strategies based on progress, market changes, and sales pace. - **Industry Awareness:** Stay informed about industry trends, provide timely feedback, and suggest new business models for exploration and promotion. ## Who are they looking for? - **Educational background**: Diploma degree or above, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge. - **Industry experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Web3, cross-border payments, or overseas pan-entertainment industries.
