Web3 Designer / Crypto Product Designer

In this position, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, creating user experiences that align with blockchain and crypto products, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies to inform product iterations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to life, ensuring alignment with user insights and business objectives. **Qualifications** - Design user flows and interfaces: Think through every user step — from connecting a wallet to signing a transaction — so the journey is logical and safe . - Create wireframes and prototypes: Make rough screen sketches in Figma, build clickable prototypes, and test them on real people before handing them off to development . - Develop design systems: Create component libraries, fonts, colors, and UI elements so the product looks cohesive across all platforms . - Adapt complex Web3 concepts: Turn "confirm transaction with 0.005 ETH gas" into a clear "Send" button with a human-readable fee description . - Collaborate with developers: Prepare mockups for handoff, write specifications, review implementation, and ensure the build matches the design
