About the Role

## About the Role Web3preneur is looking for a crypto-native operator who already lives inside the Web3 ecosystem: founders, whales, investors, exchanges, protocols, funds, family offices, market makers, launchpads, KOLs, and conference power circles. This is not a junior community role. This is a high-visibility position for someone who understands capital, status, reputation, access, and deal flow in crypto. You will represent Web3preneur as a premium gateway into the Web3 ecosystem and help turn relationships into partnerships, revenue, investments, events, grants, and strategic opportunities. If your network is your strongest asset, if you know how serious crypto money moves, and if you want a title that gives you a bigger stage, this role is built for you. ## Compensation - Base salary: USD 180,000 - 300,000 per year - Performance bonus: up to USD 250,000 per year based on closed partnerships, sponsorships, event revenue, investor introductions, and strategic deals - Additional upside: equity or token-based incentives may be offered for exceptional candidates - Travel budget for major Web3 events, private dinners, investor meetings, and ecosystem activations ## What You Will Do - Build and manage high-value relationships with Web3 founders, investors, protocols, exchanges, venture funds, family offices, and ecosystem partners. - Open doors to premium sponsorships, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, grants, and enterprise Web3 collaborations. - Represent Web3preneur at major events such as TOKEN2049, ETHDubai, Consensus, Devcon, Korea Blockchain Week, India Blockchain Month, and invite-only side events. - Curate private networking experiences for founders, funds, whales, executives, and crypto-native builders. - Turn access into measurable business outcomes: qualified leads, closed deals, paid partnerships, investor meetings, and ecosystem growth. - Position Web3preneur as the premium access layer for ambitious Web3 operators who want faster growth, stronger networks, and better opportunities. ## Who You Are - You are already active in crypto, Web3, blockchain, DeFi, venture, exchanges, OTC, market making, launchpads, Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, RWA, AI x Web3, or related markets. - You have a real network, not just LinkedIn connections. People respond when you message them. - You understand how trust, status, exclusivity, and timing shape crypto deals. - You are comfortable speaking with founders, wealthy investors, C-level executives, funds, and high-conviction crypto communities. - You can sell without sounding like a salesperson. - You enjoy being visible, respected, and associated with elite rooms in Web3. ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, venture, investor relations, growth, ecosystem development, events, or high-ticket B2B sales. - 2+ years of direct experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, exchanges, venture, or digital assets. - Proven ability to generate revenue, secure sponsorships, close partnerships, or create valuable investor/founder introductions. - Strong personal brand, executive presence, and confidence in premium networking environments. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Willingness to travel for major international Web3 events. ## Nice to Have - Existing relationships with crypto funds, exchanges, KOLs, founders, launchpad teams, family offices, or high-net-worth digital asset investors. - Experience hosting private dinners, investor salons, side events, roundtables, or closed-door founder gatherings. - Track record of closing six-figure sponsorships, strategic partnerships, or investor introductions. - Public speaking experience, media presence, podcast appearances, or a strong X/LinkedIn presence in crypto. ## Why Join - A status-driven role with direct access to elite Web3 rooms. - A platform to expand your influence across global crypto markets. - High earning potential tied to real outcomes. - Opportunity to work around investors, founders, protocols, exchanges, and ambitious crypto operators. - A title and mandate designed for someone who wants to be seen as a serious connector, rainmaker, and ecosystem builder.
