**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote position for a Web3 Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain blockchain-integrated systems and smart contract solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable identity verification and compliance tools and optimize decentralized solutions in line with deepidv's mission. Daily responsibilities include creating innovative Web3 architecture, writing secure smart contracts, resolving bugs, integrating cryptographic protocols, and ensuring consistent system performance. You will work closely with product and design teams to build world-class, user-centric features and contribute to advancing Web3-based identity verification solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js, and smart contract development
- Proficiency in designing and implementing decentralized systems, cryptographic protocols, and secure peer-to-peer transactions
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions, cross-chain interoperability, and Web3 development tools
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and API integration
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in resolving complex technical challenges in decentralized environments
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of cryptographic principles, such as encryption, digital signatures, and zero-knowledge proofs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote, distributed team environment
- Familiarity with identity verification, compliance regulations (e.g., AML, KYC), or fraud detection is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
