**What we're looking for**

We're searching for an energetic, well-connected Web3 Events & Partnerships Manager to lead our event strategy and build strategic alliances. You'll orchestrate memorable online/offline experiences, secure partnerships, attract speakers/artists/influencers, and elevate arte's presence in the MENA and global Web3/art scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan and execute events: virtual (Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs, online galleries/drops)
- Build and manage partnerships: collaborate with NFT platforms, artists, galleries, influencers, DeFi projects, sponsors, and Web3 organizations for co-hosted events, cross-promotions, and joint activations.
- Scout and coordinate speakers/participants: invite artists, devs, traders, curators, and thought leaders; handle logistics, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Drive event promotion & growth: create hype through social/content campaigns, community teasers, and targeted outreach to boost attendance and engagement.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis: track metrics (attendance, feedback, partnerships generated, community impact) and report insights to the team.
- Foster long-term relationships: nurture partnerships for recurring events, sponsorships, and ecosystem integrations (e.g., art token launches at meetups).
- Collaborate internally: align events with community, marketing, curation, and dev efforts for seamless storytelling around Web3 creativity.

**Requirements**

- 2+ years in event management, partnerships, or business development, ideally in Web3, crypto, NFTs, digital art, or tech/creative industries.
- Strong network in Web3/MENA/Dubai scenes: familiarity with Crypto Oasis, NFT communities, art galleries, influencers, or blockchain events.
- Proven experience organizing hybrid/online/offline events; strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Proactive, outgoing personality; thrives in small teams with high autonomy and fast pace.
- Flexible availability (events often evenings/weekends; travel to Dubai/MENA as needed).

**Nice-to-Haves**

- Experience in Web3 event formats (NFT drops, hackathons, art activations, panels).
- Knowledge of event tools (Eventbrite, Hopin, Discord Stages) and basic sponsorship negotiation.
- Past success in securing partners/sponsors in crypto/art spaces.
