This is a full-time, paid remote role based in the USA focused on Web3 fund operations, crypto assets, blockchain markets, fund research, and digital asset infrastructure. The Web3 Fund Operations Specialist will support operational workflows, research fund-related market activity, monitor digital asset ecosystems, and prepare reports across crypto funds, DeFi, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, Web3 investment vehicles, and digital asset operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, fund operations, Web3 finance, and digital asset markets. **Responsibilities** • Research Web3 fund operations, crypto funds, digital asset markets, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets • Monitor fund-related market trends, liquidity conditions, capital flows, token performance, investor activity, and digital asset ecosystem developments • Support operational research across Web3 investment workflows, portfolio reporting, fund administration, transaction tracking, and digital asset processes • Prepare fund operations reports, market intelligence updates, portfolio summaries, research notes, and digital asset operations materials • Track developments across crypto exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi platforms, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and blockchain infrastructure providers • Support analysis of operational risks, asset flows, transaction processes, reporting requirements, protocol activity, and fund-related Web3 use cases • Collaborate with team members on blockchain consulting projects, Web3 education materials, fund operations research, and digital asset strategy work • Maintain organized research files, fund trackers, market watchlists, operations notes, portfolio resources, and Web3 intelligence databases **Qualifications** • Strong interest in Web3 fund operations, cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, stablecoins, and digital finance • Familiarity with crypto markets, fund operations, portfolio reporting, blockchain ecosystems, digital asset research, or Web3 investment concepts • Understanding of asset flows, liquidity, market cycles, custody, wallets, exchanges, transaction tracking, operational risk, and digital finance trends • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, portfolio tracking tools, or market data platforms is a plus • Strong research, analytical, organizational, operational, and communication skills • Ability to explain Web3 fund workflows, market trends, operational considerations, and digital asset insights clearly • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and operational priorities • Previous experience in fund operations, crypto research, investment operations, fintech, blockchain consulting, financial markets, or Web3 projects is helpful **Benefits** • Remote work environment • Exposure to Web3 fund operations, blockchain consulting, digital asset markets, crypto funds, and decentralized financial ecosystems • Opportunity to build experience across fund research, digital asset reporting, market intelligence, and blockchain-based financial operations • Collaborative, education-focused, consulting-driven, and technology-oriented environment • Opportunities for professional development and growth **Compensation** Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 USD per year depending on experience
