This role focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and supporting growth initiatives across Web3, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and emerging DeFi markets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of crypto markets, Web3 business models, token ecosystems, and growth strategy. You will work closely with analysts, researchers, partnerships, and leadership to assess opportunities, monitor market developments, and contribute insights that support both investment decisions and ecosystem growth in a fast-moving digital asset environment. **Responsibilities** • Analyze investment opportunities across digital assets, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, staking ecosystems, and emerging Web3 projects • Evaluate token models, market positioning, adoption trends, user growth, liquidity conditions, and risk-adjusted return potential • Monitor market developments, on-chain activity, protocol traction, capital flows, and broader ecosystem trends • Support growth initiatives by identifying partnership, community, ecosystem, and market expansion opportunities • Prepare research reports, investment summaries, growth updates, and market insights to support internal decision-making • Assess protocol risks, competitive landscape, token incentives, and structural factors that may impact investment and growth strategy • Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and cross-functional teams to refine investment views and support growth execution • Track developments across blockchain infrastructure, digital asset sectors, and evolving Web3 market conditions • Contribute to ongoing research, strategic investment initiatives, and growth-focused projects across the Web3 space **Qualifications** • Experience in crypto research, digital asset analysis, growth strategy, partnerships, investment analysis, business development, or related roles • Strong understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, tokenomics, and digital asset ecosystems • Ability to evaluate investment opportunities, growth potential, market risks, and emerging trends across fast-moving crypto sectors • Familiarity with crypto analytics platforms, on-chain data tools, market intelligence resources, and ecosystem tracking tools • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret quantitative, on-chain, and qualitative data to support investment and growth decisions • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams • Experience with digital assets, DeFi protocols, Web3 partnerships, or blockchain strategy is strongly preferred **Benefits** • Opportunity to work in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and digital asset industry • Collaborative and research-focused team environment • Exposure to Web3 investing, growth strategy, and blockchain ecosystems • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning **Compensation** Salary range: USD 140,000 - USD 160,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
