Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused
**Web3 Product Manager**
to lead the development and launch of innovative Web3 products within our digital assets division. You will own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap to launch and iteration — for custody platforms, tokenized investment products, DeFi-enabled tools, wallet experiences, and institutional Web3 solutions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Assets, you will bridge business strategy, user needs, engineering, compliance (VARA/ADGM), and the crypto community to deliver products that drive adoption and long-term value in the Emirates’ growing digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web3 initiatives (custody UX, tokenized assets, on-chain investment products, multi-chain wallet features).
- Conduct deep user research with crypto-native and institutional users; translate insights into prioritized features and clear product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and security teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, QA, launch, and post-launch iteration using data and on-chain analytics.
- Collaborate with custody operations team to ensure seamless integration of product features with secure wallet and settlement infrastructure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and on-chain data to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
- Define success metrics (KPIs), run A/B tests, and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Represent GLOBAL HOLDING in Web3 communities, conferences, and partnerships with protocols, wallets, and exchanges.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards (VARA, ADGM, AML/KYC) while delivering exceptional user experience.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across the investment group.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically in Web3, crypto, blockchain, or fintech products.
- Proven track record of shipping successful Web3 products (wallet, custody, DeFi, tokenized assets, or institutional platforms).
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, multi-chain ecosystems, DeFi mechanics, and crypto user behavior.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments and delivering complex technical products.
- Deep knowledge of Web3 UX patterns, wallet integrations (MetaMask, Fireblocks, etc.), and on-chain analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a regulated environment (UAE VARA, ADGM, MiCA, or US SEC).
- Background in institutional finance or investment products.
- Familiarity with product tools (Figma, Jira, Amplitude, Dune Analytics, etc.).
- Passion for crypto and active participation in Web3 communities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
