Web3 Product Manager

A Fast-paced, highly technical environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions across the Web3 ecosystem **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for blockchain infrastructure products, collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. - Gather customer, partner, and ecosystem feedback to translate technical and business needs into product requirements and scalable solutions. - Analyze product performance, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive product adoption and continuously improve the user experience. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Proven experience as a Product Manager within the **blockchain, Web3, crypto, or decentralized infrastructure** space. - Strong understanding of **Ethereum** , decentralized applications (dApps), blockchain infrastructure, and transaction lifecycle. - Experience working with **RPC/Node integrations** , blockchain interoperability, or similar infrastructure technologies. - Knowledge of **MEV (Maximal Extractable Value)** , transaction routing, order flow, or blockchain execution mechanisms is highly desirable. - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering highly technical products from concept through launch. - Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into product strategy.
