Web3 Senior Product Manager

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept, design, and optimization to launch — for blockchain explorer and related products.
- Analyze on-chain data structures, transaction events, and smart contract interactions, and translate complex technical concepts into practical product features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature documentation, prototypes, and business flow diagrams to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and delivery.
- Analyze user behavior and on-chain data to uncover opportunities for improvement, optimize user experience, and enhance data visualization.
- Stay up to date with developments in the TRON and Web3 ecosystems; research emerging domains such as DeFi and NFTs to support product innovation and strategic planning.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in blockchain, public chain explorer, DEX, or on-chain data products.
- Strong understanding of public chain architecture, smart contracts, token standards, and on-chain data logic.
- Excellent product planning skills; able to produce high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and business documentation.
- Proficient with product design and project management tools, with strong logical thinking and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills; capable of leveraging on-chain and user behavior data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to efficiently drive product iterations and launches.
- Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, NFTs, on-chain analytics tools, and public chain ecosystems is highly preferred.
